Amazon Web Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cloud Solutions Account Manager to join our Public Sector team in Canberra. The territory covers a portfolio of Commonwealth government customers across the Australian Capital Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to increase adoption of AWS cloud services in a defined territory.
  2. Challenge outdated approaches to IT and utilise internal resources to drive customer outcomes.
  3. Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of customers and create a robust sales pipeline of opportunities in existing accounts.
  4. Articulate a compelling value proposition to customers and analyse sales/metrics data to evolve the strategy.
  5. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement, and build, develop, and execute on an account and territory strategy.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of technical sales experience in B2B environments, with a focus on quota-carrying roles.
  2. Knowledge of existing and developing technologies, with experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
