We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at SRS Group Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our design-led Fabrics and Furniture solutions to Premium Furniture Dealers and Furniture OEMs in Central London.
Key Responsibilities- Raise our client's profile within the Central London area, expanding and growing the existing customer base through strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales and account growth.
- Manage and develop Key Accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Network and entertain clients and customers, embracing the Dealer Community and Furniture OEMs on a regional and national basis.
- Promote solutions on design capabilities over and above price.
- Grow Sales within agreed target markets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and collaborate with colleagues to ensure success.
- Understand contract types and decision-makers within the procurement process.
- Present to clients at all levels of seniority and complete administration on time.
- Located within a commutable distance from Central London and happy to work remotely.
- Excellent working knowledge of Dealer and Furniture OEMs.
- At least 3-5 years' experience promoting interior design-led products or services, preferably in the Fabric and/or Furniture sector.
- In-depth understanding of the specification sales cycle, sustainability, design, and what those entail.
- Decent network of relationships and connections within the Premium Furniture Dealer, Furniture Manufacturers, and End User sector.
- Experience of long-term project selling cycles and evidence of stability and success in similar previous roles.
- Growth mindset, business development-driven field sales professional, team player, and full driving license.
- Computer literate (to include Excel) and entrepreneurial profile with high motivation, dynamism, and autonomy.
Above Market Rate Basic Salary (D.O.E - Enquire) + 20% OTE (KPI and Personal Target Related) + £6,000 Car Allowance + Pension + Mobile + Laptop + 25 Days Holiday + Strong Career Advancement Opportunities.
