Role Overview

Priory Hospital Bristol stands as one of the premier facilities in the UK dedicated to the treatment of individuals, families, and couples confronting a variety of psychiatric challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Additionally, we provide a specialized addiction day care program that offers evidence-based therapy for a range of substance and behavioral addictions.

Nestled in a serene area, Priory Hospital Bristol features a peaceful environment within a stunning Grade II listed structure and expansive private grounds. We are seeking personable, adaptable, and driven Bank Mental Health Support Assistants to aid our qualified staff in delivering care to our patients. Your role will involve assisting with personal care and addressing the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical challenges. You will need to be compassionate and attentive, possessing the ability to establish strong and trusting relationships with individuals. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside qualified nurses and professionals from various disciplines.

**We offer salaries that exceed NHS band 1&2 and remain competitive across all pay bands.**

Note: This position requires the completion of an initial two-week training/induction program, consisting of full-time hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
