Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Springbank, where you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting service users with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with washing, dressing, and personal care
  • Support service users with meal preparation and eating
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and hobbies
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.13, as well as opportunities for training and development, including our leadership programme and recognition schemes such as Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards.

Requirements

No previous experience is necessary, and we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.

Working Hours
