About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Manager to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications plans to promote company news, initiatives, and policies.
  • Cultivate a culture of open communication and transparency within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage and moderate engagement on our internal HR platform.
  • Drive a unified and authentic voice in all internal communications to reinforce our brand identity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal communications, with a track record of developing and executing effective strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective self-management and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Excellent organisational skills and problem solving abilities
