Role Overview: In the capacity of an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will collaborate with a skilled team dedicated to supporting one of our esteemed brands within our advanced facilities. Comprehensive manufacturer training will be provided, eliminating the necessity for prior brand-specific experience. Expect ongoing training to keep abreast of the latest technological advancements through both manufacturer-led sessions and our Marshall Academy.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a franchised dealership (brand experience is flexible)
- A collaborative team player who adheres to established processes and protocols
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using software applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and unpacking new inventory and deliveries
- Organizing and cataloging incoming parts and materials in our internal database
- Addressing inquiries from internal workshops and external customers through various communication channels
- Picking and distributing parts for technicians in the workshop, collaborating with service advisors and the sales team
