Advanced Clinical Practitioner Immunology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Immunology team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to children and young people with Primary Immune Deficiencies (PIDs).
Main Duties:
- Lead the long-term follow-up/transition pathways for children and young people accessing Immunology care.
- Conduct health assessments, initiate treatment, and monitor patients for late effects post-curable intervention.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways and programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the medical and nursing teams to ensure high-quality care and develop an impressive repertoire of clinical and leadership skills.
Person Specification:
- Registered with a core professional group and able to undertake Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) training.
- Non-medical prescriber qualification and experience.
- Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or evidence of demonstrable competence across all ACP mapped domains.
- Assessing and mentoring qualification.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of the trust's strategic vision for nursing and ACP role development.
