The successful candidate will have a strong background in immunology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will be an autonomous practitioner, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care pathways.
Main Duties- Lead the long-term follow-up/transition pathways for children and young people accessing Immunology care
- Conduct health assessments, initiate treatment, and monitor patients with complex immunological conditions
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care pathways
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on immunology-related topics

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or a related field
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC)
- Experience of working in a clinical setting, preferably in immunology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of immunology and related conditions
