We are seeking a highly experienced and charismatic leader to join our team as Product and Services Development Director. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust product development process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of new services.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver a £30M p.a. business by end of 2022.
- Collaborate with SBU engineering and external resources to maximize success and ensure speed to market.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that ideas generated remain current to our customers' issues and needs.
- Develop and maintain a robust RMU process and ensure supporting business cases meet approval requirements.
- Previous management experience within the in-service product and repair development areas of an aerospace support organization.
- Experience with certification and approval requirements related to repair schemes, modifications, etc.
- Aftermarket product development for military bids would be highly beneficial.
