We are looking for: A motivated and enthusiastic Supportive Care Facilitator to join our dedicated and welcoming teams. Your primary location will be at our Children's Home, with support across other internal homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting children and young people in achieving their personal aspirations and goals

We conduct annual reviews for career progression and have a strong track record of supporting staff in their professional journeys.

All staff benefit from monthly one-on-one sessions and access to the Employee Assistance Programme, which offers wellbeing support.

We provide a thorough induction and shadowing process for new staff, along with excellent training and development opportunities.

Please ensure that your application includes a supporting statement demonstrating how you meet the essential and desirable criteria outlined in the job description. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
