As a Classroom Facilitator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the continuity of education in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, fostering a positive learning atmosphere, and managing student behaviour effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee classes during teacher absences, ensuring that educational objectives are met and students remain engaged.
• Support students in their learning by delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities as directed by teaching staff.
• Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with institutional policies, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as recording attendance, distributing materials, and maintaining classroom resources.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school day and effective curriculum delivery.
