As a Classroom Facilitator, you will be essential in ensuring that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, promoting a constructive learning atmosphere, and managing student conduct effectively. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into the educational process and contribute to the academic journey of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that educational objectives are achieved and students remain engaged.
  • Support students by delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities as instructed by teaching staff.
  • Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, creating a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, distributing materials, and managing classroom resources.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth operation of the school day and effective curriculum delivery.

Requirements to Work with GSL Education:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • An updated CV with two relevant references from the past two years.
