The post holder is expected to work as a member of a team and ensure that the provision of catering services to patients, visitors, and staff is of the highest standard and quality.
Main Duties of the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Cook Team Leader who is enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated, working well as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Able to cover Wrexham & Flintshire Hospitals.
Basic duties include the preparation and cooking of food for patients, staff, visitors, and functions, and the maintenance of high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Skills and Qualities
- Sufficient experience of working as a chef catering for large numbers
- Flexible approach to work and needs of the service
- Excellent team worker
- Friendly and professional approach
- May be required to work in other units
- Weekend work included
