Exciting Opportunity for a Development Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Manager to join our team at Belmont Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality projects in Somerset, working closely with the Head of Service and the Service Manager Development Management.
Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading two teams of officers focused on delivering development in Somerset.
  2. Reporting to the Head of Service and deputising for the Service Manager Development Management.
  3. Ensuring the service performs to an excellent level, meeting national and legal requirements.
  4. Responding positively to transformational change and stakeholder expectations.

Based in Yeovil and Shepton Mallett, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real impact in the development of Somerset.

Job Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in development management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
