Exciting Opportunity for a Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join our team at Resourcery Group. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's financial stability by managing and maintaining our sales ledger, chasing outstanding payments, and building strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the sales ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections to minimize bad debt
  • Build strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and analyses for management to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients
  • A proactive and organized approach to work, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
