Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in North Wales and North West areas. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, overseeing procurement, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
- Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Proficiently handle various contract forms, including JCT D&B, management contracting, and NEC, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
- Effectively manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, payment applications, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.
