About the Role

Harnham is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with client goals
  • Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights and campaign improvements
  • Provide training and support to clients and team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable
