We are actively seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is essential in fostering and nurturing relationships with our existing clientele, assessing their insurance requirements to enhance their coverage, and proactively seeking new business opportunities. Your contributions will be crucial in meeting our client retention objectives through outstanding service and the resources available within A-Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to independently generate new business and maximize opportunities within our insurer network.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and correspondence, utilizing our management systems effectively.
  • Produce precise and professional documentation consistently, adhering to A-Plan standards.
  • Process adjustments efficiently, ensuring timely communication with insurers and managing premium collections.
  • Actively promote products from other divisions, enhancing client value and strengthening business relationships.
  • Establish and implement tailored renewal strategies for each client, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Ensure clients are adequately insured, providing expert advice on all insurance exposures.
  • Support the division in achieving targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain professional competence by adhering to training and compliance procedures.
  • Seek and respond to client feedback to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Conduct market research to secure the most suitable coverage for clients at competitive rates.
  • Present renewal terms to clients clearly, ensuring contract certainty.
  • Ensure premium collection prior to the commencement of coverage, following company procedures.
