We are collaborating with various secondary educational institutions to find dedicated teaching assistants who can offer tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs.
Key Details of the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
- Full-time positions available for SEN Teaching Assistants providing assistance to students with diverse needs
- Roles available for the academic year
- Competitive monthly earnings up to £1800, based on experience
- Potential for a permanent contract following the academic year
Joining our team will provide you with access to a variety of current SEN Teaching Assistant roles within secondary schools, along with opportunities through our specialized SEN division.
The successful candidate will work closely with identified students who have a range of Special Educational Needs, aiding them in their daily educational journey. Experience with young individuals with Special Educational Needs, particularly those on the Autistic Spectrum, is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Providing 1:1 support to students with mild learning difficulties outside the classroom setting.
- Monitoring student behavior and academic progress, assisting the classroom teacher as necessary.
- Collaborating closely with students on the Autistic Spectrum.
- Facilitating student progress within the classroom and enhancing their learning experience.

All compensation rates include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
