The Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Counter Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a supportive environment for their team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be instrumental in cultivating a NEOM Wellbeing community, organizing memorable events for customers, and enhancing customer outreach, all while promoting the growth and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the counter and manage the team effectively.
  • Drive sales performance, meet KPIs, and align with company objectives.
  • Complete weekly reports, manage rotas, and achieve targets.
  • Plan and execute in-store and field events to elevate the NEOM brand in collaboration with partner businesses.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team with a strong focus on education and development.
  • Ensure the highest standards of NEOM Customer Experience in-store to inspire wellbeing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the wellbeing of our people and planet through fundraising and community initiatives.
  • Lead community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering while fostering an inclusive environment.
