Job Title: Corporate Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage corporate portfolio accounts, identifying credit risk and escalating to consider solutions
  • Deliver good customer outcomes through effective conversations and sustainable solutions
  • Actively manage allocated corporate portfolio accounts, providing day-to-day support to Corporate Portfolio Directors
  • Support and engage with Corporate Recoveries to ensure timely escalation of non-performing cases
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like
  • Good working understanding of regulation in relation to arrears management
  • Empathetic approach to customers through active listening and effective questioning
  • Team player with a collaborative and flexible approach
