About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Manager to join our publishing sales team at Wonderful Recruitment & Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for protecting and growing our existing co-edition business, as well as identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect the Existing Co-Edition Business
    • Deliver budgeted licensee business revenue through the sale of foreign language editions of our clients' titles.
    • Responsibility for English language publishing export business via direct management of distributors.
    • Organize annual licensee's conference to share results and plans for upcoming year with international partners.
  • Grow the Existing Co-Edition Business
    • Negotiate annual agreements and manage promotional campaigns (marketing, PR, digital).
    • Liaise with Marketing & PR teams to ensure management of PR and marketing programmes of partners – ensuring commercial success of all licensed products and consistency of global marketing plan.
The Skills and Experience You'll Need
  • Familiarity with international publishing markets, co-editions sales, and the process around it.
  • Sales presentation and account management experience.
  • Excellence in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management at key account level.
  • Excellence in systems management, administration, organization, and data analysis.
  • Computer skills: MS Office skills essential, in particular Excel.
  • Knowledge of a second European language will be an added advantage.
