About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at Avove, a leading independent utilities infrastructure business. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful planning and control of project delivery for our Severn Trent Water account.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Communicate Contractual Programmes: Derive and communicate contractual integrated baseline programmes and forecasts to ensure seamless project delivery.
  2. Programme Management: Produce weekly/monthly updated programmes, progress reports, and revised forecasts to keep stakeholders informed.
  3. Change Management: Incorporate change events into programme to secure full entitlement under the contract.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate to all major stakeholders through presentations and provide a means of indicating deviation from the baseline programme.
Requirements
  1. Primavera P6 Expertise: 5 years plus experience with Primavera P6.
  2. Contractual Knowledge: Good experience of NEC3/NEC4 form of contract.
  3. Resource Management: Experience of creating and managing resource loaded programmes.
  4. Utility Experience: Experience of working on utility/Major Project.
  5. Analysis and Integrity: Expertise in the analysis and integrity checking of programmes.
  6. Education and Certification: A degree, HND in civil engineering or other engineering discipline, and professional membership.
