Senior Product Category Manager – EMEA

We are looking for a Senior Product Category Manager to join our dynamic team at Resideo. This pivotal role focuses on steering the strategy and enhancing the profitability of a rapidly expanding product category within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing vendor partnerships and guiding a team of category managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the product category management across the EMEA region
  • Formulate strategic initiatives and promotional activities aimed at growth
  • Manage vendor relationships from initial identification through to ongoing communication
  • Drive profitable growth in alignment with established targets
  • Collaborate with various teams to boost sales performance
  • Develop pricing strategies and optimize product assortments based on analytical insights
  • Spot opportunities for expansion into new markets
  • Lead and mentor a team of Category Managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product or category management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning expertise
  • Ability to analyze data effectively and generate comprehensive reports
