We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Strategy and Risk Professional to drive the development of our NatWest Boxed credit strategy.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward our credit strategy through the influence and ownership of new product design, account opening, portfolio management, innovation, and arrears, covering strategy and policy.
  • You will be responsible for assessing and recommending opportunities for the development of embedded personal lending portfolios through NatWest Boxed, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit strategy and risk management plans to ensure the effective management of credit risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new credit products and services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of credit risk to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit strategy and risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
