**Key Responsibilities**

  • Originate and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement underwriting frameworks, credit policies, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the distribution of credit products to brokers and direct customers.
  • Direct line management of business development, underwriting, and operational senior managers.
  • Evaluate and improve the efficiency and quality of customer service processes.
  • Oversee customer complaints and reporting.
  • Train and support colleagues as required.
  • Ensure adequate systems and controls to mitigate financial crime and money laundering risks.

  • Make high-quality capital expenditure decisions to advance the business.

**Requirements**

  • Previous senior management experience in bridge financing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving performance within operational and sales teams.
  • Experience in managing key risks and implementing proportionate controls.
  • Ability to develop clear management key performance and key risk indicators.
