We are a leading advertising agency, founded in 2015 and backed by the renowned Mother agency. Our team has had the privilege of working with some of the world's most exciting brands, creating innovative and award-winning earned media campaigns.

We are currently seeking a talented Designer to join our creative team.

Role Overview

As a Designer at The Romans, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agency's design projects and contributing to the overall success of our creative endeavors. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with our experienced creative team to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and execution of award-winning case studies, showcasing our agency's expertise and creativity.
  • Cut pitch films for upcoming new business pitches, effectively communicating our agency's value proposition.
  • Design and execute various marketing and branding materials, including social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative visual concepts that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design work.
  • Adapt to brand guidelines, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve design outcomes.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the agency's design capabilities.
About You:
  • You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Have experience with animation and motion design work.
  • Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to grow as a designer.
  • Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation for various outputs.
