Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our team on a jobshare basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to customers and colleagues, including handling cash transactions, responding to customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
* Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

* Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post.
* At least 6 months' relevant clerical experience, including experience of handling cash transactions and working in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to work shift patterns and additional hours as required.

Desirable Criteria

* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer enquiries.
* Experience of financial IT systems for sales/receipt purposes.
