About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to our team. As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our Admin service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Undertake a full range of administrative duties, including minute-taking and managing work-based Health and Safety issues.
  • Visit other locations from time to time to support colleagues in the wider Admin team.
Requirements
  • A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable administrative support.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised; excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing/conflicting demands, under own initiative managing own workload.
  • Good analytical skills, eye for detail, methodical with 'can do' approach.
  • Resilient; ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Minute-taking skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of work-based Health and Safety issues.
