Reporting to an HR Business Partner, your main responsibility will be to provide recruitment and sourcing assistance to our business units. As a People First organization, we prioritize growth and development, offering you the chance to evolve into a Recruitment Business Partner role. You will utilize various channels for direct sourcing support and contribute to multiple strategic initiatives for our expanding business.

You should possess prior recruitment experience, a positive attitude, and a results-oriented approach. Additionally, you will have a track record of going beyond routine tasks and identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to offer support and advice on effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify talent.
  • Proactively source candidates for a selection of vacancies using a variety of organic direct sourcing methods (social media, online forums, CV databases, etc.).
  • Assist with specialized hiring needs by evaluating candidate pipelines, assessing suitability, and conducting phone screenings (as needed) to create a diverse shortlist of candidates.
  • Support recruitment campaigns through both organic and paid platforms, including targeted campaigns and social media channels.
  • Utilize tools such as Textio and Odro to craft engaging job descriptions that are inclusive and free from bias.
  • Assist with inquiries from hiring managers regarding the use of recruitment systems.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects in collaboration with the broader business and HR functions.
