About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People and Culture team at Estelle Manor. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes
  • Conduct assessments and interviews to identify the best candidates for our roles
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into our organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment/candidate sourcing setting (3 – 5 years)
  • Experience of developing or improving processes and tools for recruitment
  • ATS experience (including manager training roll out)
  • Experience with early careers recruitment (assessment centres for apprentices/graduates)
About Estelle Manor

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. Our manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms, and a gym with class studios and padel courts. We also have a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.
