About the Role:
As a Pension Services Administrator, you will be responsible for calculating and processing benefits for our members based on their entitlements under various pension plans. This position is centered around member interaction, where you will address queries and assist members in understanding their benefit entitlements.

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in significant scheme events and contribute to identifying improvements in our processes to enhance service delivery. About You:
We seek dedicated and adaptable team players with a track record of providing a professional, member-focused service in defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes. While a professional pensions qualification is preferred, we are willing to support your training if you do not currently possess one.

Compensation and Progression:
Your starting salary and pay progression will be influenced by your experience, performance, and qualifications. You may also qualify for a £1500 welcome bonus upon successful completion of probation, along with performance-related bonuses of up to £1,200 (distributed quarterly).
