About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live In Support Worker. As a Live In Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injury in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, as well as moving and handling, domestic tasks, and social activities
  • Support clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standard of care

Requirements

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability to ensure continuity of care for our clients
  • Good communication skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive daily rate of £115 on a zero hour contract
  • Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas - minimum 2 weeks on
