Job Title: Front of House Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Wells & Co Managed. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our front-of-house team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage cash handling and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
