We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Product Design Lead to join our team at Rmg Digital. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design strategies that drive user engagement and deliver measurable impact.
- Lead the UX and design direction, ensuring websites and apps are visually appealing and functional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and commercial needs.
- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a focus on user experience.
- Manage a small team of UX, UI, and brand designers, driving strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in defining and executing design strategies that drive user engagement and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong foundation in UX and design, with a deep understanding of how to create beautiful and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in managing and evolving brand identity, with a focus on maintaining consistency across multiple digital channels.
- Previous agency and brand experience is an added bonus.
