Job Overview:

We are looking for a
meticulous and organized Finance Operations Coordinator to enhance our finance team. The successful
candidate will oversee a variety of financial tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to our financial protocols and standards. This position entails
managing incoming invoices, overseeing accounts receivable, conducting daily revenue audits, and maintaining our financial communication.

Main Responsibilities:

Incoming Invoice Management:

Verify purchase orders, delivery notes,
and invoices utilizing our procurement system.

Ensure all received goods are properly
recorded, and any discrepancies are swiftly addressed.

Accounts Receivable Oversight:

Record and reconcile payments using our
financial software.

Track accounts receivable balances and
follow up on overdue payments.

Daily Revenue Auditing:

Conduct daily revenue audit procedures to
confirm cash and credit card transactions.

Reconcile cash deposits and credit card
transactions.

Identify and rectify any discrepancies that
arise during audits.

Email and Administrative Duties:

Oversee the finance department's email
correspondence, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.

Organize and archive financial documents
both digitally and physically as required.

Provide administrative assistance to the
finance team, including data entry and document preparation.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Finance Clerk or in a comparable role.

Proficiency in financial software (experience with procurement and accounting systems is advantageous).

Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline preferred.

Skills:

Precision and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Work Environment:

This role typically operates in a professional office setting.

Standard working hours with potential overtime as necessary.
