Construction Cost Analyst

Cost Assessment:

Leverage your knowledge in carpentry and construction to evaluate project specifications, analyze architectural plans, and determine the necessary materials for each undertaking.


  • Create comprehensive cost assessments that include labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Material Acquisition: Work alongside our procurement team to secure precise pricing for carpentry materials, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and financial evaluations for construction initiatives.
  • Engage with suppliers to gather pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
  • Assist in the formulation of project proposals and presentations.
  • Develop proficiency in utilizing estimating software and tools effectively.
  • Aid in monitoring project expenditures and financial plans.
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Carpentry Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is required.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and estimating software is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to learn and advance in the construction cost analysis field.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
