Role: Construction Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

* Cost Estimation: Utilize your expertise in joinery and construction to assess project requirements, review architectural drawings, and quantify materials needed for each project.

* Generate detailed cost estimates that encompass labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

* Material Procurement: Collaborate with our procurement team to source accurate pricing for joinery materials. Maintain relationships

* review project requirements and specifications.

* Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for construction projects.

* Collaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and subcontractor services.

* Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates and bids.

* Support in the development of project proposals and presentations.

* Learn to navigate estimating software and tools efficiently.

* Assist in tracking project costs and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Joinery Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, suppliers, and clients.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software is a plus.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

* Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction estimating field.

Monday - Friday.
