Job Overview

The Wheelhouse provides residential assistance for individuals with autism or learning disabilities. Our facility is situated in a serene environment, close to essential amenities.

Our dedicated team focuses on empowering those we support to live independently, facilitating community engagement, and encouraging personal growth through positive reinforcement.

We are equipped to assist individuals facing:

Role Responsibilities

The role of a Support Worker involves both personal care and engaging in various activities, necessitating high energy levels, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills.

While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is advantageous, it is not mandatory; we value a genuine willingness to learn and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
