Overview of the Role:

The Wheelhouse provides essential residential support for individuals with autism or learning disabilities. Our dedicated team is committed to empowering residents to live independently, assisting them in engaging with the community, and fostering their decision-making and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in both personal care and facilitating activities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A willingness to learn and adapt

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory; what matters most is your compassion and commitment to the individuals we support.
