Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team in our Inpatient Unit. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing palliative care interventions, observing patients, and delivering care in accordance with management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide palliative care interventions to patients and their families in our Inpatient Unit.
  • Observe patients and deliver care in accordance with management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards.
  • Recent experience in a healthcare setting in general/community nursing.
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Good record-keeping skills.
