About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As an Electromagnetic Compatibility Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of our systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electromagnetic compatibility requirements, designs, and test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electromagnetic compatibility is integrated into all aspects of product development
  • Conduct electromagnetic compatibility testing and analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in electromagnetic compatibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (Physics, Mathematics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computational Modelling) or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
