Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious and appetizing meals for our residents
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Source local and seasonal produce to create creative and delicious menus
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents' dietary needs are met
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Chef, trained in Food Hygiene and minimum of an NVQ2 in professional cookery
