The Portfolio Group is seeking a Mobile Support Technician to assist clients experiencing technical challenges with their HR software solutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a helpdesk environment within a SaaS organization, providing solutions for a large user base encountering issues with the software or application.

As a key member of the team, you will serve as a mentor and escalation point for colleagues, requiring a comprehensive understanding of software functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary escalation point for service desk inquiries.
  • Provide technical guidance and customer service support to the team.
  • Assist the Team Lead/Manager in task allocation.
  • Guide the team in accurately recording and tracking service data.
  • Perform the duties of a First Line Service Desk Analyst.
  • Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
