The Role

As the Venue Sales Executive, you will spearhead the sales strategy at one of Troika's premier locations. This position is pivotal in transitioning the sales approach from reactive to proactive, aiming to significantly boost bookings for events such as conferences, weddings, and meetings. You will be tasked with crafting and executing strategic sales initiatives, nurturing robust relationships with clients, and collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage Operations team to design appealing event packages. Furthermore, you will provide support to the on-site sales team, ensuring a consistent and professional client service experience.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate will possess a strong sales background, particularly within the hospitality or events sector, with a proven history of driving revenue growth. A commercially astute mindset, along with a strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, is essential. Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is advantageous, as you will guide on-site sales efforts. We seek a proactive, self-driven individual capable of taking the initiative to meet sales targets.
