Job Title: Hardware Electronics Test Engineer
Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a skilled Hardware Electronics Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, procedures, and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test plans, procedures, and tools to test hardware and electronics systems
- Conduct thorough testing of products to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Maintain and improve existing test automation tools and scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure test plans align with product requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware and electronics testing
- Strong understanding of electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers
- Experience with test and validation methodologies and scripts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of compliance standards, such as EMC and safety regulations
