We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team at GSK Barnard Castle. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site maintains a high standard of health, safety, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GSK guidelines.
- Lead the EHS Advisor team to provide guidance and support to site employees on EHS issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement EHS training programs for employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Degree in a related field, such as chemistry or engineering.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Relevant EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
