Job Summary: DMJ Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Company Secretary to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the corporate governance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Board and Committee Support: Provide administrative support to the board and committees, including the Group Risk Committee (GRC) and regulated entity boards.
- Annual Report and Accounts: Take responsibility for certain sections of the Annual Report & Accounts and oversee the collation of information by junior team members.
- AGM Delivery: Work closely with the Company Secretariat Assistant to ensure the successful delivery of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Subsidiary Accounts: Lead the annual subsidiary accounts process for UK regulated and other subsidiary entities.
- Share Schemes: Manage share schemes and related activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and managing queries to promote the company's governance and secretarial processes.
