About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Priory Hospital Roehampton. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients referred to the hospital, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultant-level care to patients with general psychiatry and addiction issues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and clinical guidelines in psychiatry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) or equivalent
  • Experience in general psychiatry and addiction treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
