Job Title: Behavioural Mentor

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Behavioural Mentor to work in one of our partner pupil referral units. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with different learning needs in a truly rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and multi-agencies to create strategies to support pupils with challenging behaviour.
  • Build a rapport with children and adapt to different needs and abilities.
  • Ensure safeguarding is a priority at all times.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs (5 minimum) - A* - C
  • Enhanced DBS
  • EWC
